Mobile Veterinary Service brings compassionate, professional veterinary care directly to your home. Led by Pamela A. Clary, DVM, we serve pets and their families throughout the city of St. Louis, St. Louis County, and outlying areas — with evening and weekend appointments available.
The practice was founded with a simple insight: many cats — and plenty of dogs — find car rides and clinic visits deeply stressful. By examining pets where they feel safest, Dr. Clary can provide a calmer, more thorough experience for everyone involved.
Anything routine and non-invasive can be performed during a house call. If a hospital stay becomes necessary, we coordinate the transition and transfer complete medical records to your chosen veterinarian or our affiliated hospital.

About Dr. Pamela A. Clary
Mobile Veterinary Service was founded by Pamela A. Clary, DVM, out of a desire to better examine cats who struggle with car rides and the unfamiliar environment of a veterinary office. Over time, the practice grew to serve dogs and other pets whose owners value the convenience and personal attention of a house-call veterinarian.
Dr. Clary serves the Greater St. Louis Area — the city, the county, and outlying communities — with evening and weekend appointments to accommodate busy families.
